Self Restraint

Self-Restraint: exhibiting restraint imposed on the self; an effective temperateness in debate.

Usage: Not going to Wal-Mart and asking in my creepiest voice "Hey, you still got any of them date rape toys?"

I swear I did not make this up.

You are keeping up with the writing each day. Kudos. I cannot do it.

The beads were on the morning news. I predict that teenagers all over are going to little sibs and tasting all of their toys now. And all the two year olds think "Hey, I was drooling on that!"

If you get stuck for a day I can give you one of the many blog tags that have come round. They are easy to do and sometimes they are interesting. It is a personal policy not to follow any rules and screw up the tag as best I can. So far, only a few have been irritated and that some rare comedy.

Hey, you can make up a tag too. I've always wanted to see a really awkward and revealing one become viral. I was tempted to get out the reference books on psychology that have things like 10 questions to find out if you are manic depressive and then write all the questions for really disturbing disorders in random order and use that as a tag. Of course peppering it with self diagnosis questions about the symptoms of intestinal issues wouldn't hurt either.

Hmm. If I come up with a really scary tag like that, I will send it along.

Self-restraint. That's what keep you out of the pokey.

I probably should get VP's ok before posting this, but damn the torpedoes, it's topical!

not exactly a call to arms.

I'll keep an eye on the tag thing, but you've done honorably thus far, and guess what, you do have readers.

Hope all is well,

I was going to post a stupid one-liner response to this entry, but unfortunately I've already been beaten to the punch by actual discussion. How unfortunate.

Also, seriously-- Blogger doesn't have a setting to auto-post comments by users who have been approved in the past? This whole held for moderation shit is infuriating.

Actually, now that I've applied logic to the problem, it seems the more likely possibility is that Blogger does have that setting, and I'm just on your blacklist. Dammit.
