Let's review

A bit over a year ago (May 2009) I decided that it was time I got in better shape, yeah? Goal weight: 175.

Good morning, America.


On top of that, my trainer measured me at 13.5% body fat last week. I'd probably weigh less if I'd not put on more lean muscle.
